Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and M.Affan, operating under Converso Empire ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Ultimate Toolkit mobile application ("Application" or "App").

By downloading the Application from any source, creating an account, or accessing any feature of the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are using the Application on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

Ultimate Toolkit is a native Android application that provides users with access to a curated collection of tools, tips, tricks, resources, and informational content organized into folders, files, and links. The Application offers the following features:

• Browsable and searchable library of tools, tips, and resources
• User authentication via email/password or Google Sign-In
• Content bookmarking (Favourites) stored locally on your device
• Interactive features including content likes and comments
• Real-time content updates via Firebase Firestore
• Push notifications for new content and announcements via Firebase Cloud Messaging
• Deep linking from the web to in-app content
• Customizable themes for the user interface

The Application is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in future versions, which will be communicated through a notice within the Application.

Certain features of the Application, including leaving comments and liking content, require you to create an account. When creating or maintaining an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password
• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Use only one account per person (multiple accounts are not permitted)

We use Google Firebase Authentication to manage account access. By creating an account, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as they apply to Firebase Authentication services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or are used in any manner that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be harmful, abusive, or contrary to the spirit of this Agreement.

The Application allows users to submit comments and interact with content through likes. By submitting any User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content
• Your content does not violate any third party's rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights
• Your content is not unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or objectionable
• Your content does not contain spam, commercial solicitation, or malicious code

By submitting User Content, you grant Converso Empire a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content within the Application and in connection with promoting the Application.

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, use the Application to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications or spam
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Application, its servers, or connected systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Application or its services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application
• Use any automated means, bots, scrapers, or data mining tools to access the Application or its content
• Attempt to circumvent any security or authentication measures
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from other users
• Post or transmit content that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activity
• Use the Application for any commercial purpose without our express written permission
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent account suspension or bans

Violations of this section may result in immediate termination of your account and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

The Application, including its design, source code, architecture, content, graphics, logos, icons, and all other elements, is owned by M.Affan and Converso Empire and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install one copy of the Application on a personal Android device
• Use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes

This license does not include the right to:

• Sell, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Application or its content
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Application
• Sublicense, assign, or transfer the license to any third party
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Application

Any content you access within the Application is made available for your personal informational use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without express written permission from us.

The Application integrates with and relies on certain third-party services. Your use of the Application is subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third parties:

• Google Firebase — Authentication, Firestore database, and Cloud Messaging (google.com/firebase)
• Google Sign-In — OAuth-based authentication service (accounts.google.com)
• Google Play Services — Required Android platform services

The Application may contain links to external websites or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party services, and we disclaim all liability arising from your use of such services.

By installing and using the Application, you acknowledge that we may send you push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging. These notifications may include:

• Announcements of new content, tools, or tips added to the Application
• Important updates about the Application or these Terms
• Promotional or informational messages from Converso Empire

You can manage push notification permissions through your Android device settings at any time. Disabling notifications does not affect your ability to use the core features of the Application.

By using the Application, you consent to being subscribed to the "utk_all" topic for general notifications. You may lose access to certain time-sensitive content announcements if you disable notifications.

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any content is accurate, complete, reliable, or current
• The Application will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Any defects will be corrected

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Converso Empire and M.Affan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from reliance on any content in the Application
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Actions of any third-party service integrated with the Application

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).

These Terms are effective from the moment you begin using the Application and continue until terminated by either party.

You may terminate this agreement at any time by:

• Deleting your account through the Application settings
• Uninstalling the Application from your device
• Contacting us to request account deletion

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, if we determine that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms
• Your conduct poses a risk of harm to other users, third parties, or Converso Empire
• Required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• The Application is discontinued or fundamentally changed

Upon termination, your license to use the Application ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall survive.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through one or more of the following methods:

• A push notification sent to your device
• A prominent notice displayed within the Application
• An update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document

Your continued use of the Application after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must stop using the Application.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The most current version of these Terms will always be available within the Application or at our designated web address.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Each party agrees to bear their own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service were last reviewed and updated in March 2026. They apply to Ultimate Toolkit version 1.0.1 (Build Code 2) and all subsequent versions unless a new Terms document is issued.
